You should try watching any Japanese horror films, they will scare the sh*t out of you.
The Grudge and the Ring are some good ones in Japanese.

Japanese horror moves = The worst
The Grudge, The Ring.....boring.
Saw is good if you like gore
I will recommend The Descent.
It has a certain creepy factor to it and starts off subtly enough. It isn't scary all the way through but there are a few shock moments you won't expect.
I laughed till I cried first time I saw The Exorcist. That was supposed to be scary?

Hello, im the same as you.
It seems very hard these days to find a DECENT horror film that REALLY scares you. I have the same problem. All i can do is list some of the ones ive seen which gave me the creeps and sent a chill down my spine. Maybe they will you or maybe not?
WHITE DOG(1982)
A young woman (McNichol) befriends a stray white Alsatian, only to discover that it has been trained to attack black people. Horrified, she enlists the help of a black animal trainer (Winfield) who takes on the challenge of reconditioning the dog, attempting to cure its vicious ways and save its life.
With gore and violence White Dog remains one of his most vital and challenging films in the prolific career of a true maverick.
WAXWORKS (1998)
about the sinister goings on in a waxworks museum after dark. A group of teenagers are invited to a special midnight showing by a mysterious man. Stupidly, they take up the offer and find themselves battling with the exhibits, who seem to have emerged from every single Hammer production - Dracula, Frankenstein, the Mummy, the Wolfman, etc.

Movies these days focus too much on graphics and not the story itself. Such as paranormal activity, the 1st one was scary but the rest bleh just tried to hard to continue the franchaise. Aside from the walking dead, the last good horror zombie movie I've seen was dawn of the dead (the remake). The grudge is also pretty scary. I think hollywood directors need to explore more religions and culture to create better horro films. No offense but a lot of caucasians are scared of scream, like really? Just kill the damn dude! Lol but something scarier would be like a something you can't kill such as the grudge. The Amityville (I know I'm spelling it wrong) was pretty darn scary. People fear the unknown...

I dont scare very easily either but this movie I watched in my Horror Films class in college left me UNABLE to look at the screen. It's called "Audition" its a Japanese horror film- there is a scene of pure torture in it that even left me feeling a little worse for wear- lets just say it involves fishing line!! Check it out on IMDB- its a lttle hard to find but if you want to be scared- try it out.
PS- it's not like the Ring or the Grudge (they are both good flicks) its very different from them
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0235198/

I know what you mean, there aren't enough movies that truly scare me either.
Some movies that creeped me out a little bit: The Exorcism of Emily Rose, The Omen (the original), The Exorcist, The Ring (the first one, not the lame sequal), The Shining.
Sorry most of those are quite old but I can't think of many newer ones that scared me.

Try Nosferatu the vampire, you will either laugh your head off or have the crap scared out of you, the Omen series is good but compared to today's horror films probably isn't that scary, have you seen physco?

I don't scare easily either and I love a good horror movie!! "The Hills Have Eyes", I just watched this weekend, kept me on the edge of my seat. "The Exorcist" is always good for a scare! This is an unusual one, but how about "Helter Skelter", it's pretty scary because it is a true story.
