I do all the time. When I go to the bathroom I wash my hands all the time. When I go to the bathroom at a public place I wash my hands with water and soap thoroughly. Then I use a paper towel when I handle a door. I hate it that people put their nasty dirty hands on door knobs. It's disgusting. I agree with you totally. I've heard people call people like you and me germaphobic. But they are the ones who are and get sick.

Yep, I'm big on hand washing and totally agree, but not for the reasons you think.
Pee is actually sterile and you usually don't get poop on your hands while wiping. However, we generally go the the bathroom a few times a day and it is a very good cue to wash your hands if for no other reason than to kill any critters you have picked up since the last time you had the opportunity.

I agree somewhat with you. Yet, while I cringe at the thought of seeing the unwashed, I also remember that Polio wasn't a problem until folks started washing their hands.
It is almost impossible to buy hand soap or dish detergent without the antibacterial agent in them. The result being that we have bred resistant bacteria.
Now there are people showing up in Emergency Rooms across the country with skin infections that are untreatable.
Perhaps the unwashed are balancing the problem.
I will try not to look.

Sure. I wash my hands often throughout the day. I try to remember not to touch my face unless my hands have been cleansed. Since practicing this my chances of catching colds have severely reduced to maybe once a year. I'm a firm believer that the dirtiest part of the body is the hands.
For those that don't wash their hands after the restroom use....they are basically just ignorant pigs that don't give a crap (no pun intended). Maybe they'll learn in time....we can only hope.

If you are crazy, so am I. I know a few people who would agree with you totally. If I am aware of someone not washing their hands at work (in an office setting) I tell all of my friends. I always use a paper towel on the doorknob in a public restroom.

I always wash my hands and use a paper towel to open the door. But then I go shopping and touch things others have touched. So what are ya gonna do? Don't worry so much about what others do. Just concentrate of your own shortcomings. This is too petty.

I agree, that is gross. But then again, there is toilet paper between your a$$ and your hand, and unless you wipe your butt with your hand itself or slide a finger around the area after crapping then there's not much sense in going crazy with the soap all the time. And I myself carry a hand antiseptic, which hospitals use because it kills germs more easily and a lot faster than soap and water.

I think its gross 2. Wipe ur butt and leave without washing is nasty. Thats why people get so sick all the germs. Think about how many times someone touches something or there face!
Im teaching my 1 year old to wash her hands now, i dont want her to be nasty.
Imagine if doctors didnt wash thier hands!!

Yes I know what you mean, especially when they have just finished doing you know what. the paper on the handle is a very good idea and I have been doing it for a long time. The thing is that we hardly see people doing that anymore (I mean not washing properly after leaving the bathroom).

Here's the deal....I can't speak for the women....but as a guy....
I keep myself clean so when I take a pee, I don't need to wash my hands unless I pee on them which never happens. So, if you need to wash your hands after you touch your ****, then you really need to wash your ****, not your hands.
Here's a good senario for ya, you finish in the stall, you go to the sink, you turn on the water, you get lots of soap and you scrub the heck out of your filthy hands, then you reach up and turn off the water.........WAIT......are not all the germs and bactiera that were on your hands, NOW ON THE FAUCET HANDLES you just touched again to turn the water off??????Hummmmmm.
