Primal fear :
One of the most energic band from Germany. Mat sinner is really a genius artist, he develop his new band with the true metal attitude and music then he mix it with some powerful energy and some modern sound in metal. So they are the best band in heavy metal / power metal genre right now!!!
Type o Negative :
This band is developed by ex member of carnivore : Steele. For me this band is one of the greatest band in doom metal music. Their music is so dark and gothic mix with some heavy riff to make it more scary and add some pure heavy voice from steele. Ouch an awesome band that ever exist in this world.

Another metal fan. Yes. Slayer was on the Jimmy Kimmel Show last Friday. Type O Negative is ok, but I like my metal a little heavier, like Slayer, Pantera, Arch Enemy, and Motorhead among many others.

i used to listen to loads of menal when i was a teenager. but there are so many different types of music out there. try listening to some experimental/instrumentalelectronica bands like explosions in the sky and do make say thing, sonic youth,boards of canada, tourtoise, broken social scene,the postal service, sigur ros,yo la tengo, fridge, modest mouse,pavement,hanged up, godspeed you black emperor, bright eyes, le fly pan am.
dont limit yourself to metal!!!
