Yes they do and in the most pain full way imaginable ! As their bodies are made of metal they cannot heal themselves with any sort of liquid, because that would eventually make them go rusty. So, they have to grin and bear it. They are jolly brave little men really, they rarely complain about it.

I had heard it was the other way round, but I guess it depends on what clique you hang out with. The androids are my guys.
