brought pink hh wireless head set for it and she cannot hear or speak through it asked seller no help she took it to 02 shop they said cant help any ideas

Watch it with the 6111, because there have been loads of complaints about this model. By all acounts it aint very reliable!!!

i had the same problem with my one and as soon as i mentioned the words of cosumer rights to the sods they sorted it out for me.

what Bluetooth Headset do you have? Did you read the bluetooth headset manul on how to pair the device?
