I watched Jeepers Creepers 2 the other night and although I think they are c#*p I thought the 2nd was slightly better.

Did you ever see Lord of the rings?....you probably have.
Two towers I think (critics too) is better then the first one, probably because of the mighty battle scene and the done costumes and effects.....oh and don't forget the castles!

I thought Superman II was better than Superman I because it had a deeper story. Superman I was just about His origins and then Him coming to earth and being amazing.
Superman II added the drama element, with His romance with Lois, and the biggest twist of the series, I think, when He becomes mortal.
Either way, Christopher Reeve was the most amazing Superman ever. Rest In Peace.
Also, I thought Indiana Jones: The Last Crusade was better than the first two.
I know this one is weird, but I thought Rocky IV is a bit better than the first three. The first one was the best because it was orginial, but the meaning of the match deters from the inspirational impact of the movie.
The fact that he's fighting for his friend's death, is still the underdog, and wins, against what was our greatest enemy at the time of the film's release, is more of a profound plotline. Also, the speech about peace and change at the end was very good.
Don't get me wrong; Rocky was definitely the best of the 6, but I think IV had the best storyline in terms of the weight of the fight.

Alien is a classic but the sequel, Aliens, is slightly better I think.
Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan was better than the first Star Trek Movie
I'm sure there are more but I need to think about it!

How about lord of the rings 2! It was better than the first part and part three was better than the second!
or how about rocky 3, terminator 2, godfather 2, toystory 2, harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban, x-men 2, batman begins, super man2, spider man 2....hmmm guess these are just some of the sequels which performed better!

I diagree when it comes to jeepers creepers. My answer is "NO"
**Edit: I forgot about Empire! Also Lord of the rings. But I'm not sure either qualifies, because without the setup of the first, the others wouldnt have been able to be any good. Its like it was part of the art.

I think that American Pie 2 Was way better than the first.
Also The Transporter 2 KIcked *** and I thought final destination 3 was one of the best movies i've ever seen

Much to my surprise I enjoyed " The Italian Job 2 " but I am not sure if it counts as a sequel or a remake.
Oh Terminator 2, still love it. Mind you the amount of money thrown at it compared to the original if it had not be better then Arnie might not be Governor of California, there is always a downside isn't there.

Austin Powers 2 and Waynes World 2 I think were better than the first films though they were great too!

Star Wars. I think episodes 5 and 6 were better then 4, but 1, 2, and 3 were dissapointing.
