well i like jade she is brill but i think its all got well out of hand because they think jades a bully and a reist(cant spell lol)but they have had bullys in before ie grace and co but it woz no were as bad as this and when shabaz woz in it they called him the packi puff but no one said anythink about that so why now????? what do you think

you cant be a bully and a racist then shed the tears jade did afterwards. im no fan but the papers and tv have done what they always do went way over the top.jades not the brightest person and really needs to put her brain into gear before she opens her mouth. she got carried away with her so called celebrity status and was very put out by the indian actress trying to put her down. nothing was said when she mocked jades accent ,racism is inside everyone at some degree,,, even if its onlyscotland against england technically thats still racism yet you dont hear the press going on about that.big brother should have been scrapped at least two years ago. its sad and embarrasing now

My whole arguement with this has been how can Channel 4 bosses or endemol who make the programme class her as a celebrity when she became known to us through a "normal" big brother: isnt that just very egotistical on the part of both the channel and the production team or is it just me being very cynical?
As for the comments getting out of hand: well, if she and the others had not said what they said in the first place none of this would not have happened and at the end of teh day despite her tearful apologies ALL of us have had arguements and ALL of us use hurtful things to say to the person we are arguing with in a bid to win the arguement. I do not condone what she said by any means because as many people have said before me she IS a racist bully and she deserves all she gets:

Jade's been made a scapegoat. Shilpa will have to face worse confrontations in her life than she experienced on Big Brother. We all do at some time. Ther was nothing overtly racist to get all the P.C. teams into action again. Danielle and Jo said far worse things. If Jermaine had expresssed his dislike of raw chicken to Shilpa and made a query as to her accuracy on the Oxo cubes it would not have got a mention.What do people expect when they agree to go on Big Brother anyway.....the bland chumminess which we see now? All thats happened is to secure good viewing figures for subsequent series.

I've said from the beginning that it was getting out of hand... there was no need for all the hype.
I never liked Jade but now she's been made in to a scape goat I feel ever so sorry for her. One good thing has come out of it though... she's going to go to anger management to sort out her temper so she will become a better person and role model to her children.
We can blame the media for only showing us the bad bits!!

I agree, blown out of all proportion. I don't think she's a racist but I do think she is a bully. She knew she has Jo and Danielle on side and deliberately picked on Shilpa. I think her manner was aggressive, BB has pulled up previous contestants for far less aggressive behaviour than what Jade exhibited. But as you say, she never intended to be racist, the media ran away with this on and CH4 let them, probably to keep up the ratings

Channel 4's lack of immediate response to such a controversial matter only aided their ratings... a lot of this is Channel 4's fault to be honest.. and the media.
I wouldn't say that Jade is a racist, but as for bitchy, yes.
Way blown out of proportion with the media though!

Problem with Jade Goody is that she is stupid. Plain thick! At the end of the day, being a gobshite created her fame, it is also her downfall.
Jade Goody is famous for the same reasons that the characters from Little Britain are so popular.
