Totally Little Bill...
If you ever watched Caillou, then you would just wanna poke at him and punch him in the face with all his whining and crying!!! I mean come on, he's six years old!!! My brother is almost three and cries less than Caillou!!!
Plus, no offense, but isn't his name just weird???
Little Bill, on the other hand, is pretty decent and cool and down-to-earth!!!
