Certainly, but you should have a legal document in place as the last payment is made. Something that states, payment in full, for amount as determined fair by a court of law. ________ agrees to accept $________ in advance and agrees that all child support is paid in full. _________ will not seek further support from __________ as payment has been made in full.

Something simple like that. You sign. The other party signs. Include a copy of the child support agreement. Get everything notarized and move on from there.

NO! Unless you want to be taken back to court to have your payments raised. The court will look at the fact that you are able to pay a full three years child support now as maybe they did not charge you enough in the first place. Would if be better to just pay all of the payments off now and not have to worry about it again? Of course, less stress and all but I would not even mention it if I were you. Unless you want to pay more! My friend paid his x a couple of hundred extra last xmas and now has a court date to rediscuss his payments.
