Will You be supporting any Hate Crimes legislation that will penalize Faith Based beliefs of any kind? Laws have already been passed in Canada and Europe under the Eurpean Union Laws that criminalize Free Religious speech, regardless of denomination.

I live near Houston, so I know Sheila Jackson Lee. I will never support anything that she sponsors, even a bill delaing with religion, and I am an atheist.

So hate is a Christian value? I don't remember that in my catechism class. This bill prevents hate crimes against a variety of people, including those crimes based on sexual orientation. That's the bit that annoys you isn't it? Not the race, color, national origin, religion (yes! religion would be a protected class) gender, or disability. You are just against giving protection from violence to gays and lesbians.
I cannot tell you how much you disgust me and God. He did not send his only Son to teach people like you to hate, but to love.
