I think she is stupid and naive, they seem to go hand in hand with Jade. I know she has been primed, but after seeing her on BBLB I think she is genuinely remorseful and didn't realise her behaviour would be seen as so bad by the outside world. I think she was naive about the 'racist' comments, we all say things in the heat of the moment that we regret and don't intend to have any deeper meaning than a quick insult, I don't think she has the brains to be racist. Although she did use the word decorum in the interview, 3 syllables from Jade, whatever next

Out and out stupid, maybe naive goes hand in hand with that - limited life experience, but thinking she knows it all as a big fish in a small pond. Judging by the Mother (and Father) she never really stood a chance. Not that that is an excuse, she has been given every opportunity to start afresh with the greatest of help from her 'people'. Never thought I'd say it, but I did feel sorry for her watching GMTV this morning 'cos it's not nice to see people hurt, but she should have thought about her actions and the fallout for her kids before she opened her gob!. It must be terrifying to fear that your children will suffer abuse because of your actions and for that reason I hope people do the decent thing and leave the kids alone (and her really, I just can't be nasty 'cos then I'd be as bad as her and what she did that infuriated me in the first place - being a nasty bully).

She just fully displayed her own ignorance on how to deal with people from other backgrounds and cultures - and highlighted how much our own culture has changed in to vile swearing and scowls and posturing, instead of intelligent discussion as the likes of Shilpa who is universal and tries to get on well with all.

Even in Jade's apology she said sorry for saying the F* part when she had said "shilpa f***alwahal"... she doesn't even realise that its the generalising of her name to some random islamic/muslim/hindu name which is the most racist aspect of that insult, not just the swear word. She just doesn't have any real grasp on how racist, xenophobic, and bully her entire person can be.
