The answer would be: -2
This is because if you put the whole number 3 over one, as a fraction (if you divided 3 by 1, you'd get 3, that's why you can do that). So the 3 on the top on one fraction can cancel out with the three on the bottom on the second fraction. If you multiply through it would be -2 over 1 (-2/1) and simpliflied as a whole number would be -2.
