Log on to wnba.com and look out for your state/city, they usually tell where camps are taking place and for who it's for.
Or else, just google summer basketball camp high school girls (then your local area) and they should give you some infos.
I'm from Canada so all precise camp I can think of is basketball Quebec, but I doubt it's near you!

When I was in high school you couldnt go to a summer camp unless your school ran it for littler kids. In Southern California there is a CIF rule that you can't go to a summer camp, you can run a training camp but your school has to do it. Otherwise I believe you can have individual players join club teams, but you might want to ask your local division.
