hi i hve gateway laptop P2, when ever i start my laptop it ask me for primary HDD password !!!!!! and i forgt the password ..could u guys plz help me to resolve the problem that wat i hve to do ?/

Ok then how do you get in? You can try to start in safe mode, to do so when computer is starting up hold down F8 and select safe mode or will automatically start in safe mode. Try to reconfigure from there. You may need to reformat your harddrive or flash your system bios to remove this. Goodluck.
