Your school did it for a reason. Check it when you get home, and use school time for learning, not what your myspace page is doing.

I would suggest against attempting to outwit the content filter. Generally the same software that blocks web sites will also detect attempts to access it via proxy servers, and very easily tie the access attempt to your account. You would be in a world of hurt after that, because more than likely it will lead to further access restrictions on the computer network.

Your school is blocking access to MySpace and other social networking sites due to the stigma that surrounds them at this time. Agree with the policy or not, you do not have the right to circumvent the policy. Even if you discovered a way around the system, imagine what would happen if your method allowed some creep to harass a fellow student: their parents' lawyer would eat your family for lunch. It's not worth it. Save MySpace for when you get home.

Do you realize your school can track what you are doing on the computer?

Schools have filters as well to block sites.

Hacking is illegal. Spend your time wisely.
