I was told to write a college paper on STD's! Does anyone know any good sites i could get relevant information.

You shouldn't conduct all of your research on the internet. STDs have been known for quite a long time, so there are many printed books with information about them. It's not clear what your paper is on; are you writing about the history of STDs, or about STDs in today's society?
It's true that you can always count on Wikipedia to give you something, but the Centers for Disease Control also have an extensive resource page concerning STDs.

You could just go on to Goggle or Yahoo and type in STD and you should get a couple of sites
