The type of woman who is smart enough to realize that her husband's main asset is above the necktie and not below the belt.

The type of woman who knows her spouse is unwell and can stick by him while he is in therapy despite the pain he has caused.

A woman with values, integrity and intelligence.

When you are speaking of expenses, I can think of some pretty expensive "plumbers", whose leader was also pardoned.

You expect higher moral standards? Perfection is not the state of man, to strive for the best is the goal.

This man also was not perfect, but rose from a dysfunctional little residence to become an Oxford Scholar, a State Governor and a two term President and put the country in good financial shape.

He also had the sense to marry a woman who excelled him in quality and sense of purpose and also had the ability to forgive his transgressions, as the Great Prayer affirms.

Try it, you may grow in wisdom.

Hitlary is a cold calculating witch and divorce allthough reasonable alternative for most caught in that situation was never an option for her. It would not look good as she tries to run for the Presidency herself having the messy details of the divorce dregged up all over again.

It's all about power. Marriage when you've been married along time usually one person is more powerful in the marriage. And now by Hillary no divorcing Bill she has the controlling power in the marriage. She has him by the short hairs by staying with him. Which proves that her thang is power.

sasenach, dorscholl, you guys hit it, 10thumbs up! We aren't to judge anyone. There have been many, if not all, presidents who have done some very questionable things while in office. Hillary and Bill just may really love each other, wouldn't work for me, but it seems to work for them. As far as her running for president, we'll just have to wait on that one.

A bit quick to judge, aren't you?

My point-of-view is that until we walk in others shoes, then let's don't be so quick to criticize.

Let me make it clear to you that I'm no fan of Hillary...or Bill.
And I do not condone Bill getting a "Lewinsky" in the White House.

But countless wives (and husbands as well) did not resort to divorce when indiscretions were reveled.

Whether Hillary stayed on as First Wife for political aspirations or because she really is a stand-by-your-man gal (despite her saying she wasn't), is for something history to judge...not you or me.

A woman who stands by her man.
And yes, I expect a woman with more self respect.

Her not getting divorced seems to me to be a calculated move designed to get sympathy votes. It just makes her seem more cold and shrill to me.
