been trying to upload image but says enter u r l location and i dont know what they mean any help please thank you

It means the web address www.yahoo.co.uk for example is a url.
Literal meaning - Universal Resource Location.
P.S. If you have problems loading a url, it will either be spelt wrong, or they have moved the address at their end, or else the network/server is too busy and you need to try again later.

"URL" stands for "Uniform Resource Locator" and is simply the address or location on the web for a website. Example the URL for this site is http://www.answers.yahoo.com

To add to the other answer, you might be trying to upload to a location that either doesn't accept uploads or you might need more details to complete the upload.

Ok, first of all it means the url of the picture, for example if its on Photobucket it would be: http//photobucket.com/youname/pic.png
You will need to go to http://photobucket.com make an account and then upload your pic, once your done you can copy the url of the image and paste it where it needs to be!
