That question can only be answered for the foreseeable future. And the answer is no, because it would take more troops to enforce a draft then we would get out of it. Simply put, it would be nearly impossible.

No. The days of massive land invasions, with millions of rifle-toting troops, are over and doesn't make strategic sense.
If I were going after Iran, for example, I wouldn't put a single boot on their ground. I would use conventional air to take out their entire infrastructure... water supplies, sewage plants, dams, crater all their runways, their electric grid, set their pipelines on fire, drop every overpass. Keep their skies clouded with fighters under "if it moves, it dies" orders. Keep them too preoccupied wondering where their next glass of water will come from, before they can even comtemplate "wow.. what hit us??"

YES - I think they will have to eventually, getting into trouble with Iran and China and N Korea all at once, they will need to either draft everyone here to fight or launch the big missiles and solve everything once and for ever 8-\

No, because most Americans aren't worth putting in a uniform. They are self centered, lazy, and lack the discipline to be of any use.
Let them stay home and blindly criticize their heroes while someone else pays for their freedom to do so.
