Ok yahooligans. Just a breif, We have an outdoor marketing event going on. Selling a new techonolgy alternative to cable TV. Its an awesome product. At the event we invite people inside to experience this new product for your home. What i need to know is 2 separate things
#1.Which of these ideas would attract you over to our booth?

#2 .Which incentive would best get you to instantly buy the product on the spot, if the price was right and you loved the product.

The buttery popcorn would definately lure me over (there's nothing better than that smell). If the price was right and I loved the product, I wouldn't really need any incentive to buy it. But the vacation voucher is a nice touch.

1. I'd say food and soft drinks if its warm. I don't particularly like hot dogs, so I's say go for the popcorn, but either one would probably work. Unless you're somewhere really cold, in which case the coffee/ cocoa with some cookies, bagels, etc. would be more appropriate.
2. The vacation voucher would be a big plus, but in my experience, some offer such as "no payments for the first six months" or "one year interest free" or "free installation" tend to be more of an incentive than other things since it makes the item more affordable. If those things are already included in the offer, I would DEFINATELY say the vacation, since the vacation would cost more than $5.

A suggestion: if it is possible play some soft (not too loud) music to attract people. To get them interested in instantly buying the product a money back guarantee works for me.

First Question... If it is cold outside I think free coffee or Cocoa and some cookies would be nice. If it is wam/hot where you are I would do Hotdogs and soft drink.
Second Question... I like the Vacation Voucher.
