i am male...even with a minor sexual thinking drop came out.. i also discharge very soon.. is it diseases and should i start my treatment.. plz seriouse answers.

Usually behind the early ejaculation there also are guys too emotional and sensitive!
About your problem there are graver cases with men ejaculating before taking their penis in the hand even!
That just let's understand as the mind (brain) is the main liable to the problem (whatever it can be cu.m. or pre.cu.m).
Unluckily there is no treatment useful for the early ejaculation till now. On that circumstances, the only advise I often give guys as you is to find the right partner to avoid sexual disatisfaction, at least!

It is normal and it is a lubricant produced by the Cowpers gland on either side of the prostate, not by the prostate itself as some have stated. It is totally normal and varies from person to person in how much is produced
