I had never heard of it. until my 16 yo nephew came home and said he was tea bagged. the incident was egged on by my other 13 yo nephew and he got three other kids ages 9-13 to "victimize" the 16 yo nephew. anyway, my brother, the perpertrators father said that it was no big dea....boys do that, and I was making a big deal out of it and because I wanted to speak to the other boys parents. (at first I did not know that my 13 yo nephew was involved - but he instigated the whole ordeal)
my thought is that it is sexual assault , immoral and not funny as was suggested and that "it is like laughing"...ha!
I would like to hear from others!! Am I too moralistic

I agree that this is not an appropriate thing for our children to be doing... However before you blow things way out of proportion I would consider that boys this age do ridiculous and sometimes gross things to one another. Talk to your two nephews about it the situation and how they feel. Make sure they no that they should never violate anothers personal space in such a way..
I hate to use the term boys will be boys, but sometimes it is just that way. If behavior like his continues then I would definitely talk to the parents...

That is not a normal thing for one guy to do to another-unless they are homosexuals and in a relationship. The father needs a reality check if he thinks that is a normal "boys will be boys" thing. This is not a laughing matter and all parties concerned need to talk about this. Your 16 year old nephew was assaulted and that also needs to be addressed.

That's disgusting. In no way is shoving your genitals into some random person's face "funny" or normal. It's sexual assult. Get something done about it! Speak to their parents, call the school, maybe go as far as informing the police, make a fuss.

I'm not going to say much because I don't really know it all but my husband talks about it with his friends sometimes. Tea Bagging is what you have at the end one puts his testicles in someone else face but normal men don't do it the men. It's more like men doing it to women wanting them to well you should know.

Maybe it is a guy thing.... but you would have to be very comfortable with your buddies to even think of doing that. The thought of 13 yo doing it is disturbing....
I've been tea bagged... obviously I didn't want to be... but they thought it was pretty funny. I would consider it sexual assault in some instances.

I've always thought teabagging was disgusting but then again i think it's just a guy thing...although people shouldn't be doing that at that age...it seems to me more something they do when they're drinking and someone passes out and they're too young to be doing that

i would be taking this seriously, most sexual offenders start as teens and because people laugh at them and let them away with it, it will contiue into adulthood where they target children, and then people don't laugh anymore, especially when a 30 year old man rapes a 5 year old boy. Get something done about it.

This is wrong on every level. I would be wary of believing a 9 year old could subdue a 16 year old. Sounds like all the kids are lying about it. You need to talk with the parents and then keep whichever one of these kids you are responsible for away from the others after a loooooong talk about what is appropriate and what is not, especially with that ages of the boys involved.
