I'm not doing so well today because I just got my period, and I have cramps and am bloated. :( When this happens I take ibuprofen (i.e. Advil, Motrin) for the cramps, but that in turn sometimes aggravates my acid reflux/heartburn, because the drug is harsh on my stomach. Taking too much ibuprofen in one day has also been known to give me diarrhea -- I guess it's harsh on my intestines too. :( So I have to strike a delicate balance between easing my cramps, but not messing up my stomach and/or bowels!
I know, this is all very "T.M.I.", but hey, you *did* ask what's up! ;) So, I gave you an honest answer.
BTW, the word is "bored", not "bord".

You are not alone, there are 7 or more billion bored people on this planet with nothing constructive to do but some crappy jobs for a dollar a day.

get a life, find something to chat about. Sometimes people become inverted or too inverted (with games, the net, etc.) that they forget that when they talk with people those are real people they're talking to. To keep a conversation going you need to show and truly have interest in the other person.
