How do you get away from an annoying mother?

I am a full grown woman living with her parents, what do you do when your mother is getting on your nerves about a jewelry business of which you believe is going nowhere and constantly talks about what others are doing with life. "Why can't I just get away from this?

Get a job and an apartment and move out. If you can't get along with her then you need to move out.

Step 1: Get yourself a job - if necessary get two. I don't care what you are doing now, it apparently isn't enought to support yourself.

Step 2: Get your own place. Look for apartments - depending on where you live, and how concerned you are with having a decent place (in a decent neighborhood) will let you know how much money you need to be bringing in.

Step 3: Learn the difference between 'needs' and 'wants'.

This is probably the hardest lesson for anyone moving out of their parents house to learn. Needs include food, shelter, basic clothing, and transportation to work. Wants include going out to eat all the time, buying expensive clothes you will only wear once, and driving an expensive car that you can't afford the payments or maintenance on. If you have extra cash, then you can spend it on those wants - but make sure you have some savings, because stuff always happens - when you least expect it.

In short, quit griping, and get out.
