Depends really on what you are after and of course which country...

The Guardian does text over by over coverage which is excellent, amusing too. They also do a desktop scoreboard

The BBC is always a good bet - run by run coverage and an action summary. Of course there is Test Match Special on Radio 5 live which is available online.

Sky - flashy site score centre site but text commentary not as good as above sites.
