Depends really on what you are after and of course which country...
The Guardian does text over by over coverage which is excellent, amusing too. They also do a desktop scoreboard

The BBC is always a good bet - run by run coverage and an action summary. Of course there is Test Match Special on Radio 5 live which is available online.

The CricInfo website - www.cricinfo.com - is the best. It provides you with live scores and commentary from games, news from around the world, and other articles that can keep you interested for hours!!
