I really love the way Ariana Giselle sounds. I have a friend that named her daughter that and another friend thought of naming her that but went with Arianna Isabel. Yes I spelled both differently my nieces is spelled Aurianna.

Depends on last name. If last name is long, I'd go for a short, one-syllable middle. If last name is one syllable, try a middle name with at least three syllables.
