Have you tried classmates.com? This has helped me find some people I wasn't able to find on myspace. Do you have any mutual friends? Try finding them on myspace and see if they are linked in each other's friend list. Maybe she got married and changed her last name. Good luck!

maybe try friends reunited and look for friends that knew the both of you and see if they know where she is? Or if you know her family try looking for them on there! Good luck!! x
