i had a very good experience with "A Garage DR"
they have very good (low) prices
they are very nice to costumers
and did a fine job

I wouldn't attempt to adjust the torsion springs if I were you! They are highly tensioned and could really do damage (to you and the door) if you don't know what you are doing.

If your springs are screwed up, it could be why your liftmaster isn't working, too.

Hire it done my friend. I saw the other suggestion on Lowe's or Depot.. not a bad plan, but you might just check the yellow pages for someone near you.

If you can have someone check the torsion spring, then have lowe's or home depot install the opener.Try lowes or home depot they contract out.
