I don't know if by organic you are looking for an environmentally friendly product, or a specially formulated product with organic ingredients, or both, or why, or what. I might be totally off base here.
There is always vinegar and baking soda. They have multiple properties that make them good cleaners...vinegar is a mild disinfectant, did you know? And baking soda makes a good grit instead of scouring powder but is still gentle on surfaces. They both deodorize, soften laundry water. Baking soda, a powder is great for fabric surfaces, and vinegar, a liquid, is great for hard surfaces, can also be diluted to spray into the air. If you add essential oil of your choice for scent, the vinegar smell dissipates a LOT faster than the oil, leaving a fresh clean scent of your choosing.
Used together, they cause a reaction that fizzes and can actually be used for a drain cleaner or to knock loose crusty bits. Be aware that this mix expands so don't fill a sink full, add vinegar and then soda. Use about half a sink or less...and let it do it's thing. The reaction is temporary but a nice benefit is that will also have a clingy foam that sticks to the edges of the toilet bowl, or sides of the sink, to help release mess without a FULL basin.
Bleach used sparingly and responsibly is not a horrible thing to do. It is a simple chemical and you don't need much to kill germs, remove odors, and whiten surfaces. It should not be used with ammonia at allllllll due to deadly off-gassing....but ammonia is another one of those simple heavy duty all purpose chemicals that does a lot of things. These are not traditionally considered very PC answers to cleaning problems, but if that is the only thing you need, and it elminates using a lot of other even more dangerous artificial products, or mixing and matching which becomes more dangerous, AND if you only use a little bit, well, it may not be so bad.
