What can I do about my situation, do you have any experience in this matter. Share your knowledge with me please. The WS&IB is denying me, even though I have a respiralogist who confirms asbestosis, CT scan and X-rays that confirm his diagnosis. What am I to do? I live in BC but was exposed in Ontario.

You have the right to file an appeal - contact the Office of the Worker Advisor in Ontario who will assist you in this matter at no charge to you.
