I recieved a email saying they wanted me to do some work for them. The would send me a check and I deposit it into my bank account and send a check to a provided customer. I keep 10% of the check. I am concern about this arragement.

why would you even think about doing that? dont you think they could just bypass you and send a check to the person they want to get the money? these scams are out there but i don't get why people fall for it, some random company emails you to be a middle man in a financial arrangment, it is a scam 100%

You should know that the check has to clear so that you can send the check. If it is not a scam they will wait for you to send a check when there check or money order clear.

There is a scam that send stolen US-Postal money orders and make the same request. There is no way to know the postal money order is stolen for 14 days from the date of deposit.

Sounds like a scam. Did you check them out with the BBB.org (better business bureau?)

Do you know the people who sent you this email? If not, why on earth would you believe it?
