i need some info on some minature houses I have of Coronation Street?

These miniatures have a brass plaque on the back celebrating Granadas 35 years of Coronation Street, it also states who lived in these houses and the number of each house. There is also the Corner Shop. I would like to know where these were made and if they are collectable.
