Think about why u hate ur boss. If he or she is plain idiotic, leave that place or shift department to come under some other boss.
As far as 3 months job is concerned, get a new job and only then quit. Its harder to get a job after quiting. And be honest with the nest employer, tell him the fact u are trying to leave ur job due to.
U know something, Its not healthy to live in a n abusive environment. I have been living but had no choice. If u have a choice, go get it.

you will always have a boss in your life , no matter where you are employed , so ,either you deal with it, or you will always have some sort of problem ,
now, you need to think very hard , why do you hate this person ? it matters not ,you must adjust in life , for you will not ever love everyone .....and that is life ...
you may quit your present job .but ? how will you know what your next job will give you ? what other problem will come along ?
do as you think is right for you and what suits you ........
it is only a job ..make it not personal in your life , after you have clocked out ? does it matter to you ?
never quit a job , unless you have another .........and 3 months is hardly a try ..........:-)

this is just my opinion...if it's only been three months, things could change....since you love what you're doing, it would be ashame that you have to leave ....(I had a real doozy has a boss, she was a control freak and MADE SURE WE ALL NEW SHE WAS "THE BOSS") I would keep looking for something else or try and stick it out ......I'm sure you're very good at what you do and your interview responses will go well.....hopefully your situation at work will change or you find something better....(I really hated working for her and when i'd get stressed out about her i would take a break and go talk to someone)

I doesn't do you or your boss any good if you hate him. I would recommend you leave there as soon as possible. If you have hateful feelings toward him you may not at all times display professionalism, which would give him reason to terminate you for being insolent. Being fired is never good. Its better if you left on your own recognizance. Good Luck.
