a lady throw a garbage bag in a dumpster on the side of the road and it looked like it was moving. what would you do? would you stop and check it out,or would you keep on driving thinking it was your imagination, or keep driving but call the police so they could check it out? (this didn't happen to me, just wondering how others would respond).

I would probably call the police and let them on to my suspicion. If I am really confident in myself and what I did or did not see I would then go check out the scenario myself and wait for the police.
It is a shame these days the things you have to be on the look-out for. Mothers throwing babies in dumpsters...individuals throwing puppies and kittens away...its terrible.

I would want to stop and check it out and possibly call the police. It could be anything alive in the bag, from a human baby to a litter of kittens. I would wait a while for the police to come, but if they were not timely, I would be tempted to open the bag myself.

If I was driving alone...I would drive slow enough to be able to get a description of the women and go get someone else to see what it was before we got a law enforcement authority. If I was driving with someone I would have them call the police while I would try to park somewhere close enough to see the lady and dumpster...and once she left go check it out.

If you see a moving bag, stop and go check it out. If it is a human or animal inside the bag it needs some help and some air, in this case the seconds count!

I would make sure I had her license plate number, first off; second, I'd look. Third, I'd call the police with the info. It's obviously against the law to dump a person that way, but it is also a FELONY in most states to do that to an animal. Turn her in would be my feeling.

i would wait by the dumpster, after i called the police. that way a garbage truck wouldn't dump the dumpter, or someone throw some garbage in there.

I would have to have a really good reason to call int he authorities.
And keep in mind I have very little time of the freeway to make a decision of that caliber
