I know what optical illusions are but, how and why do they happen??

It probably has something to do with light (radiant energy) but,

i don't know what....

An optical illusion occurs because of the way our human brains perceive things. Our brains are based on pattern recognition, so when the cues are there for a certain pattern, we think that's what it is.

Are you asking about an oasis or something in particular?

they have done lazier repair on my eyes now I have trouble with things that seems like things are moving in the corner of my vision
