Where does the gas go when you take gas-x?

The gas does not "go" anywhere, it is neutralized into a PH dominant balanced state.

I beleive the gas is 'neutralized'. When I've taken it, my bloaty tummy goes back down to normal, and I have no gas!

Out of your body by way of your anus. Gas-X is supposed to make you pass gas.

it breaks up the gas bubbles so you can burp it out.....
