I have bad stress and its gotten to the point where its making my heart race, what are the best homeopathic remedies i can take, maybe something i can find at a health food store.

Don't be so quick to ingest something. If you know what the source of stress is--and it just isn't possible to eliminate it--try deep breathing exercises, take a walk, (really any sort of exercise). Avoid caffiene and sugar--keep the carb intake down. Get plenty of sleep. Take a bath with lavender salts. All of these things can help relieve stress. And if you can't eliminate the source of the stress--just keep telling yourself that it's a situation that you have to deal with and you will deal with it. Funny how some positive thinking can also help. If you insist on taking something from the health food store make sure it is a store that you can trust--ask them questions and read the labels! Some 'remedies' can actually make the whole mess worse. Good luck.
