I almost agree with these guys, but sex isn't the only thing that guys will love on Valentine's.
Guys are rarely in to frilly cards, balloons, teddy bears or flowers, so I would avoid those at all cost. I think a lot of guys would like to have the tables turned on them on Valentine's. Example: take him to an action (or any non-chick) flick, and a pub or sports bar for dinner....neither one will be expensive (or busy) that day. As a gift.... give him a basket with a sweatshirt or baseball hat from his favorite sports team, chips and salsa, and a six pack of his favorite beer, and most importantly, an invitation to hang out and watch the next game at your place. Then if you want to take the other guy's advice, you can provide half time entertainment.
No matter what, have fun and don't put too much pressure on that day.....that drives most guy's nuts.
Good luck!

Sex is cute, inexpensive and, most importantly, exactly what he wants.
As for lesley V's answer... you can do all those things she says, whioch is fine, but if you don't finish it off with the nasty, he won't be happy.
Notice that all the guys same the same thing, and all the girls say something else. Do you want to give him something a girl would like, or something HE would like?

of course the guys are gonna say sex. any ways...last year i made my bf a card. you can make a poem or put little inside jokes in it. you could also give him a TOTAL body massage and buy some massage oil and light some candles. you could get him a shirt, some candy, a little teddy bear. it kinda depends on who your bf is.
