In the gelvanometter .... what does the soft iron tube exactly do .??

as i know its a wire thats around a square of alumnuim thats has the ability to move . we put around this square a tube of soft iron what is its function ??

You mean galvanometer.

Galvanometer measures current.
As an electric current is flowing through the coil (you have mentioned already) it generated a magnetic field (or you can think a force) that is perpendicular to the coil.

The soft iron I presume is a permanent magnet. A magnet has a magnetic field that 'fight' the magnetic field generated by the current flowing through the coil.
Both fields are trying to align in the same direction. The coil moves proportionately to the current applied.

A few more details.
1. A coil is suspended and is free to move on its axis.
2. A spring is wound that forces the coil to return to middle or zero position.
