It may not be presidant, but we do have female representatives.
And what kinda of sexist comment was that, "do we deserve"
Sorry we birthed such sexist morons
What is a representative.
It is a person we vote for each state to sit in the republic.
Are you trying to ask, "Don't the women of this country deserve to finally have a PRESIDANT of their sex in the white house?"
A representative, we already have women representatives in the house of congress

Personally as a woman I don't feel that only a woman can represent me! I send my husband out to do things as my representative all the time. Strangely enough he stands up for my rights more than I do quite often. So, no I don't feel I deserve a "woman president". There are many women out there who wouldn't represent my values at all.

I am a woman and I do not think that hilary is the answer. It is not about what gender the commander in chief is, it is who can do the job. I personally think that woman in general are too emotional to run this country. I have never felt that i was not represented in dc because a man was in charge, that is why i vote.

Wasn't Monica Lewinsky "working" the Oval Office during the Clinton Administration?

No. The President is a representative of ALL THE PEOPLE and must not 'represent' any specific race or gender. This is true of all politicians.
Your line of thinking is very dangerous to our political system.

We already had one, do you think Bill really made all those decisions by himself? Hillary is so power hungry I guarantee she was involved. To be fair, all the Presidents I am sure have sought advise from their wives, as they should have. Your really electing a team - husband and wife, like it or not.
This idea of being separate, but equal has got to stop. How much longer are women going to continue to destroy the fabric of our country in the name of "women's lib"?

Speakeasy hits the mark! With your line of thinking-which is echoed by most "Minority" Reps., How would you like it if all of the "White Males" actually got together and promoted just ourselves at the total expense of any and everybody else?
Don't pull stunts that can backfire-
But, who am I kidding, if say the Hispanics did have a majority-they most certainly would abuse it!

No, it's not a matter of deserving. It's a matter of ability and reading the issues.
If a woman can get it done, fine. She needs to be damn good.
Just like a man.

Sure they do, just show me a canidate that can bring home the Bacon and we can talk. I think Hillary Clinton has to much controversy to be able to win, my bet is our first black President Obama before our first female president.

if she's capable of being a good leader, sure. i've yet to see one of those run for president. when i do, i may vote for her.
i would never vote for hillary just because she's a woman. that would be a mistake of epic proportions. just because she's a woman doesn't mean she knows what's best or has magical policies that will cure society's ills.
