A tricky question the tiger is like the big lion it doesn't really have any animal enemies---EXCEPT in the safari days when there tiger shoots the hunters sat on elephants with their guns and the indians walked on foot banging drums and driving the tigers into the open. One nervous tiger would have leapt onto the elephant clawing at it,so it could be the elephant. The lion is the same it didn't have any animal enemies EXCEPT young African youths who had to go and kill a fully grown lion to prove their manhood,so it would be young Africans.

"Humans are the tiger's most significant predator, as tigers are often poached illegally for their fur. Also, their bones and nearly all body parts are used in traditional Chinese medicine for a range of purported uses including pain killers and aphrodisiacs. Poaching for fur and destruction of habitat have greatly reduced tiger populations in the wild."
