Death is our only preordained destiny.
This destiny can be accelerated, if we cross a street for example, and don't look around to see if there is any vehicle coming.
A candle is destined to burn until all the wax is consumed. This is it's preordained destiny. But if we expose it to a gush of wind it's preordained destiny will be altered.

Any human "reincarnated" is influenced by actions in the previous birth..somethings are already written in the fate..
You will realize this fact if you notice that even some of the most good people who live with utmost belief in "their" God(whoever it may be) face worst times...At the same time, some of the pathetic people lead a luxurious life in this birth bcz they did very good deeds in past life..
Also our materialistic body can be influenced by cosmic forces, the planetary position at our birth determines "Some" of our fate..
From my personal experience I recommend "kanchipuram astrology" in India, if anybody is willing to know their own pre ordained destiny..
If are born with "nearly balanced " karma, your deeds in this birth will determine your destiny..

I believe in destiny but you still choose how to live your life. Just follow your bliss. Do what you love. The universe will give you little signs if you're going the right direction (or the wrong one). It's still up to you what you do...not "pre-ordained" exactly...

Yes. Meditate. When you can learn to quiet the mental chatter, then your true, divine self can speak.
It is not easy at first to just allow the thoughts that keep popping up to float away, but with practice it becomes easier.
