I could never choose just one of these places for life. However I do go to subway more often. It's one of the only place I can go if I'm trying to drop a few. But Arby's is great drinking food. If I go there before I hit the bar I never feel sick. I like thick drinks and that beef really does the trick. Plus they have Poppers and that kicks azz.

If I wanted to get fries and stuff like that it is Arby's. But if I want a sub then I go to Subway.

sub way by far. arbys has the worst food in town. the beef taste like wood and the artificial cheese is gross. at least at subway you can choose what you want on your sandwich.

Subway. You have total control over what you want on your sub. Every thing is fresh. Most Subways are quite busy so you know the food is turned over fast.

Arby's!

subway uses "small print" to notify the public that their sandwiches are "low Fat" because there is NO CHEESE.

Even their website has the same unrealistic nutritional information.

Do you eat your Subway without cheese?

I feel Arby's is better tasting. Their hot sandwiches are so much more apppetizing. Plus you get more meat and better sides, than just chips. Arby also have good soups. They have low-carb and low-fat sandwiches. The only difference is their sandwiches have more flavor. Why should I have less taste for less fat?
