You should take him to an Eric Clapton show during this current tour. Robert Cray Band is the opening act. Prove your point and earn bonus points.

Another time your f-i-l is wrong! Believe Robert Cray has won at least one Grammy music award. If you get PBS, I recall he appeared on the Eric Clapton special.

I have a Robert Cray CD....so unless we're both imagining him, he exists.

He exists. He's opened and toured with Clapton many times. I've gotten to see him open for Clapton once. He has his own signature Fender Stratocaster too-check the Fender website.

yes, he exists. one of my favourite albums is - strong persuader, although im sure its not his best.
