you can wear the traditional uniform of the indie person OR...you can truly BE indie.
wear keds, large green trashbag (be creative) and a french beret
wear combat boots, white wedding dress, leopard fedora...carry vodka in a baby bottle
wear cowboy getup except wear skin tight bicycle shorts
wear cheese....lots of cheese
french maid outfit always works as does catholic schoolgirl uniform
wear a little bee costume
dress like a rich **** and wear sunglasses...hire two men in suits to walk everywhere you go

wear black converse or skimmers and really really tight *** jeans that take you about half an hour to get on and a skull print shirt or a thermal (make sure the thermal is really tight) and wear some colorful Pearl necklaces and stand around in the back with your arms crossed looing at the floor

Please! It's an *indie* gig! Isn't the whole point about being an individual? Go as you, but slightly dressed up. Everyone's going to be so busy making sure that they 'define independent individualism' that as long as you look halfway decent, you'll fit in fine.

be yourself, if you dont usually wear skinnies and converse trainers, dont do it just because you think you will 'fit in'. people that try and be something they arent look so obvious and its much cooler being an individual.

everyone dresses the same to those shows, so it's nice to see someone who doesn't dress the part.
