what smell would you turn into an air freshener or scented candle that is not already out there. For example, I just went into a co-workers office and she was eating french fries, and it smelled soooo good, and I said "They should make that smell into an air freshener."

Better yet, what scents should NOT be made into candles or air fresheners? I vote for:
wet dog
goose poop
car exhaust
fresh road kill
cooked broccoli

No. I like the smell of nothing. So a nothing candle would suit me fine.

microwave popcorn.

I love making it here in the office, and walking up and down the hall with it... you see heads popping out of office doors like well, just like hot little kernels.

Such fun.

Hmm, considering I'm allergic I don't smell too many on a daily basis. However, if I had to make one, I think I'd make a Mt. Dew smelling one. :D
