I'm 21 and I have never used makeup, all I use is sunblock and a sun protector lipstick also. I won't tell you I have a perfect skin and that's why I don't use it, it's not like that at all, just I like my natural skin and feeling pretty without covering myself. I have freckles and some imperfections and sometimes I think I would look better if I used makeup, but in the other hand I'm glad not to be like other girls that can't go out without putting makeup on.
I tell you go for it if it's what you want.

I don't have a lot of skin imperfections, so all I use is a light dusting of powder for shine and some tinted lip gloss. I don't like foundation; don't see the point unless you have uneven skin or pimples. I used to use it in high school because everyone did and I wanted to know what the big deal was, but I got over it. It didn't make me look any different than before. Also, at 25 years old, I'm getting some small lines and know that foundation can make them look worse. No, I'm definitely one for minimal makeup! Do whatever you feel comfortable with - that's my take on life.

I am 38 years old and I quit wearing make-up a long time ago. I use lotions, besides every type of makeup that I have tried lately has broke my face out, yes every from expensive to cheap. I am very comfortable with out it, it depends on your self esteem and how you feel about you. I may put on a little powder blush, eyeliner, mascarra and lipstick when I go out, but I rearely use coverup, it just clogs your face and I have also come to find that men look at me more when I am not wearing it then when I am. Men really like natural women, there are already enough Barbie's in the world

Everyone has different reasons for wearing makeup. It's unfair to automatically assume that makeup is only used to "cover" your face to look better. Any skilled makeup artist will tell you that makeup is to enhance what you already have. It's all about feeling beautiful about yourself and taking care of your face. If you don't want to "cover" your face, just wear some tinted moisturizer to even your skin tone and keep your skin healthy and moisturized, and some natural gloss to keep your lips from getting chapped. That way you are caring for your skin and lips, and still looking natural and beautiful.

i dont wear makeup most of the time, not to work, or play or to non dress-up, medium dress up affairs. on formal nites, they are rare, i only use the brush on all over face cover from the infamourcal, lite eyeshadow and mascaro, maybe a touch of neutral lipstick, i am 44 yrs old, but have always been this way, even as a teenager, not wearing makeup, except maybe mascarra and eyeshadow on occation, i never had a problem with boyfriends, or friends or even a husband, i am down to earth, and so is he, if you are down to earth and dont want to wear makeup, but you do, you will probably attract a guy and friends that are more snobby then you and it will not work out. be yourself, and if your friends dont like it, or make fun of you, then they are not true friends, remember you can count your true friends on one hand, even if you are missing a finger or two.
friendship is not about looks, it is about truth and loyalty.

I hate wearing make-up and I am aware of the make-up on my face all day long when I do.
Lately I have taken to just putting on some eye liner, mascara and a tinted lip gloss. If I have any pimples I cover it with a stick and blend it in.
The effect is almost the same as wearing full make-up, because most of my friends notice when I do this and want to know why I got all dressed up.

There is nothing wrong in going without makeup. I wore makeup for years and thought I had to wear it all the time to look better. If you want to go without makeup then that is your decision and not your friends. My friend does not wear any because she says that it breaks her face out. I usually only wear mascara and my moisturizer for the day.

Mary Kay has a tinted moisturizer that works to even your skin tone. Lots of people like it. I put on whatever makeup I have time for. I only make it a deal if I'm going out, but not for everyday use.

well truthfully i don't wear makeup unless it is necessary. but one thing that u have to remember is that when u wear makeup you're not sopposed to cover up your face, it is used to enhance your beauty. you don't have to completely give up on makeup but just try not to wear so much.
