Probably a fish that would evolve to walk on earth similar to the mud skipper. Otherwise, probably a form of bacteria or ameoba that would grow and develop into some sort of animal but ~I think that would take longer than a year

None. The person doing the killing would have to kill him/herself since they'd be a living animal. It takes awhile for things to evolve, so give it a few million years. Of course, I can't say that these would be "animals" in the way we think.
