The first answerer was correct, Pitti Sing and Peep Bo. I have Mikado on CD, by the orchestra and choruis of the Welsh National Opera, with Sir Charles Mackerras. The libretto mentions that they are sisters.

They seem to be mentioned in the order: Yum-Yum, Peep-Bo, Pitti-Sing; so that may be the order of their ages. We may take it that Yum-Yum is 18, and she is the oldest. (Comes a train of little ladies: “Schoolgirls we, eighteen and under…”) However, the difference in their ages is not very great. (Three little maids from school: “One little maid is a bride, Yum-yum… two little maids remain and they Won’t have to wait very long, they say….”)

That is also the order in which their names are listed in the stage directions; Yum-Yum and Peep-Bo are the sopranos, while Pitti-Sing is a mezzo. Pitti-Sing seems to be the boldest of the three, and she is the one who rebukes Kathisha (O fool, that fleest my hallowed joys: “Away, nor prosecute your quest…”)

Pitti-Sing also takes part in the quintet (See how the Fates their gifts allot) and as part of the chorus to the following duet (The flowers that bloom in the spring), which Peep-Bo does not. Also, curiously, Peep-Bo’s name is the least “oriental” of them all.

This is what I can come up with by a quick scan of the libretto. Are you, by chance, plighted to someone named Ko-Ko…?
