Russian Government is freakin stupid, they sell all those nuclear bombs to anonymous people and now all our terrorist enemies have them, thanks Russia.

You think all the terrorists are middle-eastern? You think a repressed little country like Georgia hasn't had a beef or two with management under the Soviet Union and isn't now lashing out a little? You think it's not in Russia's interest to try and keep such 'outlashings' to a minimum?

Russia made no friends with the countries she held under the Soviet Union. The Georgians may be seeking to resolve the conflict in a bad way, but hey--they still wind up having their oil and gas lines shut down for no particular reason, thanks to the Russians.

Basically, there's bad blood on both sides, and neither is too interested in coming to the table for a cup of kool-aid and a hearty handshake.

Do a google search on it. You'll learn lots. I promise.
